Room rates are provided with the expectation of two guests per
room. The Inn has a roll-away
bed that can be added to a room for a third guest, but advance notice is
advised.
 Children
ten and older are welcome. Younger
children may be accepted with prior approval.
Babysitting services may be arranged with advance notice.
Guests are welcome to arrive and check-in between 3:00 and 6:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Other
arrangements are possible with prior notification.
Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of 50% deposit, which
is fully refundable with 14 days notice of cancellation, minus a $25
cancellation fee.
For guests who wish to travel with pets, arrangements with a local
kennel have been made so that their four-legged family members can also
have the opportunity to relax and be pampered.
For the safety and comfort
of all our guests, the Inn on the Avenues is a smoke-free facility.
